On Oct 16 at about 4:15 pm I was on my way to dinner when I noticed two men holding a banner and some signs. They were standing in Keene NH town square performing some sort of a "honk and wave" campaign. The banner was in support of Gary Johnson for president who (if I remember correctly) is a Republican candidate, althought some what socially liberal and in favor of small government. One of them was also holding a sign in support of Hardy Macia for -US Congress.
Out of curiosity, I stopped to talk with one of the men who just happened to be Hardy Macia himself.
After exchanging a few sentences I could tell that he was some what Libertarian. I asked him if he would mind speaking into my iPad cam for a few minutes? He agreed, and that video interview may be found on my youtube channels "AtheoiAnarchiA" and "OpenAirAheist".
As an anarchist I morally object to voting and of course Government, and other forms of authoritarianism, but will admit that a small state is better than a big one.
While I do not believe either Gary Johnson or Hardy Macia have a snow balls chance in Hell in winning this election, "(infantile popularity contest)" I can't help but admire "non main stream" third party candidates like them for trying to do something while most Americans seam to suffer from apathy and drone-ism. To me minarchism, while still a form of statism, is still a step in a better direction, well at least from where we are now as a society. I use the word "society" with a cautious sense of skepticism. I think this State-trix we live in is really closer to a jungle of tyrannical madness, "do it or else" mentalities and other ati-social behavior.
I only wish we could finally graduate from kinder-garden ethics soon!
Don't hit! Don't steal, don't push or shove! Don't initiate force!
Instead, what we have is a bunch of immature little brats using their corrupt teachers to enforce their edicts, and bully their classmates out of their hard earned lunch money.
One thing is for sure! The hope of America isn't found in paid liars like Obama and Romney, but within those with the courage to make a difference.
Are you working towards solutions or are you just another couch zombie? Are you a part of that hope or just another apathetic rube?
The choice is up to you ; )

I'm not saying that Hardy Macia is the change America needs. I am an anarchist. But I do think we need more men and women of courage and action who are willing to do something. We need Revolution Now!
